I'm here for you......

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today working with a bunch of products from the Rubber Buggy Store.  Be sure you stop by the store to see all the products available.

I used the Heartfelt Creations Tropical Hibiscus stamp and coordinating die set.  I stamped the leaves on green cardstock and the flowers on Vintage Emporium papers from Prima Maketing using black ink.  After die cutting the flowers, I used the pad and 2 sizes of stylus from the Heartfelt Creations Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit on the flowers.

Next, I layered the petals together to form the flower.  Using Beacon Adhesives 3-in-1 Craft Glue, each petal was adhered together.

Die cut 2 shades of blue cardstock with oval dies.  Score the top layer every 1/4" and ink with Ranger Stormy Sky Distress Ink.   Place a sheet of  Vintage Emporium paper under the oval and stamp the phrase from the Guiding Light stamp set by WPlus9 slightly off center.

Adhere the flower and leaves in the opening.  Then add some Nuvo drops in the center.

The light blue layer was added to the bottom layer with foam adhesives from Scrapbook Adhesives  for dimension.

Spring project using PhotoPlay Bloom Colleciton

Hi it's Bev here to today at The Rubber Buggy.  I am sharing a fun spring page using PhotoPlay Bloom Collection and a sketch from Creative Inspirations with myself Bev Code.  Using the sketch below and photos of my eldest Grand Daughter I created this amazing page sharing memories of our great BBQ / Horseshoe Tournaments at the best place ever ... the cottage at Conestoga Lake.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Paper: PhotoPlay Bloom
Ink: Tim Holtz Vintage distress ink, Pen
Accents: Creative Embellishment chipboard frame & happy,
flair buttons
Other: star metal brads, Petaloo mini Butterflies,
Sketch: CI Bev Code

In the close up views you can see the accents and details better. Here the chipboard frame and the butterfly cluster with tag and some layers of print papers are showcased.

Fabulous mix of fun bright colours in the stickers, paper and alpha stickers.

I outlined the stickers with black pen to make them pop.

Lots of layer of print papers with great colours along with flair button and title with a butterfly. Across top slanted border there are some fun metal stars.

In this section I outlined again with black pen to make them pop.

This collection is so much fun, bright and everything in the kit made it easy to create with .

It's A Beautiful World

Welcome back to my Saturday's posting for The Rubber Buggy on-line store.  Hi, Nancy Hill, and excited to share a three fold card with a packet of petunia seeds.

I have many friends in garden clubs who would love a special card with a packet of petunia seeds for this potting this year.  Enclosed in the center of this card is a packet of petunia seeds.

Supplies
Heartfelt Creations Butterfly Medley Stamp set
Heartfelt Creations Butterfly Medley Die set
Colored pencils or Copic markers for the butterfly
Artificial flower stamens
Burpee Packet of Petunia Seeds
NUVO Crystal Drops – Crystal Glaze

Instructions:

Card measures 6” x 6”.  Cut two 6” x 12” pink card stock for the main frame and score in the center of each frame.  Adhere two sections together to form three pages.

Use the pink paper to cut two Heartfelt Creations Fleur Border Basic dies.

First Page:  Cut the patterned paper 4” x 6”.  Use the 7” x 1.75” plain border die to cut the patterned papers for the front of the first page and pink main frame for this page.  Place the plain border die on the left side at 4 ½” and ends on the left at ¼”.  Use the other plain border die to cut the patterned paper for the back of this page.  Adhere the front page to the pink main frame.  Adhere one pink HC Fleur Border die as shown on the photo of the card.  Adhere the back of the patterned paper to the pink main frame of this first page.

Second Page:  Repeat the same instructions for the first page except place the plain border on the right side at 4 ½” and ends on the left side at 3 ¼”.

Inside of Card:  Cut out two 6” x 6” pictures and 4 ½” x 4 ½” pictures found in the Heartfelt Creations Classic Petunia Paper. Adhere the 6” picture to the pink main frame.  Glue only the top and bottom of the 4 ½” picture.  You might want to place your packet of seeds on the back of the picture and then add glue to the top and bottom to make sure your packet will be able to slide out then the glue dries.

Butterfly:  Stamp the butterfly with black embossing powder on the pink card stock.  Color it with colored pencils or Copic markers.  Adhere to card.  Using the instructions of making these petunias as shown below and adhere the white artificial flower stamens.   Add the leaves to the flowers and adhere to the card.  Add NUVO Crystal Drops to part of the leaves.

Fish Fun with Memory Box

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today working with a bunch of products from the Rubber Buggy Store.  Have you checked out the store lately?  It has so many wonderful new products.

This Memory Box die was perfect for creating a water themed card.  Using Riddersholm pattern paper - Christmas Cozy, I placed the die in the center.  Once die cut, I used Prima acrylic paint in Rose Gold to paint the coral.  Next, I used Ranger Distress Ink in Stormy Sky to ink around the panel.

I placed the panel on Bazzill Whilypop cardstock and adhere it to the card.  Finally, I created a fish from clay and adhere it under the coral with Beacon 3-in-1 Craft Glue.
