Niece's Happy Birthday Card



We have so many spring birthdays.  I made this card using the Heartfelt Creations Flowering Dogwood collection.  I used a mixture of vellum dogwood flowers with white shimmer card stock to make these dogwood flowers.  You will want this collection and the best place to purchase all of your wonderful crafting supplies is at The Rubber Buggy on-line store with the best customer service as fast delivery.

Instructions:
Card measures 5" x 7".  Sent the card too early before getting the exact measurements for each layers for these instructions.  

Cut out the HC dogwood tree and color with Copic Markers. Cut out the HC paper and adhere the dogwood tree on the paper.  Cut out the pink and green card stock and adhere as shown above along with the patterned paper.  Stamp the dogwood flowers with clear embossing powder and die cut. Mold each flower with the HC flower shaping kit.  Color some areas of the flowers with pink Copic markers. Apply NUVO Apple Green Gloss dots in the center of each flower and let dry.  Use hot glue gun for adhere the flowers to the HC dogwood branches.  Stamp and die cut the HC dogwood leaves and adhere to the card.  Die cut the name using the Tattered Lace Script Letter die set that is included free in the Tattered Lace Magazine Issue #3.  Add a butterfly and a the Happy Birthday sentiment that was stamped with black ink.
