Penguin Shaker Card

Hi it's Jennifer here with a quick Shaker Card.
I have used a white card for a base then matted it in grey bazzil
I have then created the shaker using all white cardstock.
The base of it is the new Outside In Stitched Scalloped Circle.
I have then used the largest Stitched Circle and second largest from
to create a frame I have used the LF Little Town Border and LF Mini Snowflakes.
I have used clear Sequins in the Shaker as I didn't want to detract from
these cute Penguins. The Penguins are the newest ones called
LF Here We Go-A-Waddling. Looking at the card I think it needs a sentiment
so I might go add one and then pop back with another photo for you.
Also I coloured them up using
Copics
Lamp - Y15, Y18, YR15
Penguins - C0, C01, C03, Y15, YR12, YR68
Hats, Scarves - B00, B01, B02

"Friends" card using lots of Dies with Bev

Hi... Bev here today. For this "Friends" card at The Rubber Buggy I am using lots of die cuts, great chipboard accent from Blue Fern Studios along with tags stickers. Lots of amazing depth and dimension in layers and die cuts with matting.

Using my Big Shot Express I have been having a great time cutting lots of dies. I just wish I had bought me this a long time ago.... it really is worth it to be electric cut visa hand turning and making it hard work.....treat yourself or add it to your xmas wish list if you don't have an electric die cut machine.

By die cutting out on the tags you ar now able to mat it and get fabulous look with great details.

Next I am foam popping up the chipboard piece for great depth and dimension.... and matted the bottom piece for pop of colour too.

Next I am die cutting sentiment and the tile background out of rusty cardstock.

With these pieces all cut I start the layers with some matted some not.

The tags are assembled and twine tied.

On the lower edge I decide it would be fun to have a pop of different colour and the great Whisker Graphic stickers are perfect.

To add a touch more black I am die cutting the musical accent.

With the full card in my head I start from the bottom and using Beacon 3-in-1 glue I assemble the card in layers.

I love the texture, colours and layers with the perfect chipboard accent.

It is looking great.

Next was to add the musical notes.

Showing you up close details shots for better viewing.

Thanks for joining me today... always happy to see you here.

Birthday Card for Sis

Welcome and Nancy Hill for The Rubber Buggy Design Team.  I am excited to share my card with you made with the gorgeous coordinating papers, dies and stamps sets from Heartfelt Creations that is sold at The Rubber Buggy.com online store..  This collection is call the Heartfelt Creations Classic Sunflower set.

This card measures 5 3/4" x 8" on the outside.  I cut out the top left frame found in the Heartfelt Creations 12" x 12" paper pad.  Look at the many gorgeous frames just on this one page in this paper pad.
I added frames cut out with Bazzill Banana Split yellow, burnt orange and brown cardstock.  Orange frame measures 5 1/2" x 7 3/4".  Yellow frame measures 5 5/16"  x 7 1/4" and the brown frame is 5 3/4 x 8".

Stamp the Heartfelt Creations Classic Sunflower stamp with brown ink on cardstock.  You will need two sunflower sets.  Die cut and lightly sponge the center and tips of the petals with NUVO Embellishment Mousse Copper.   You will need to spray a little water often in the embellishment mousse after opening the jar to apply the cream with your fingers on the petals.
NUVO Embellishment Mousse Copper

Use a flower shaping tool to shape each petal.  If you aren't familiar about shaping flowers, Heartfelt Creations has a tutorial on how to shape their sunflowers.  Click Here to see this tutorial. After gluing the layers of the sunflower together, I glued the US Artquest Espress Yourself Prills and Go-Man-Go Prills in the center of each sunflowers.

I cut out one Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose die shown on the bottom right for the swirls and leaves.  I use this Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose die and the Heartfelt Creations Blushing Rose stamp set for various flowers and glue different flowers where the flowers are stamped.  The leaves and swirls are gorgeous with most flowers.

I used a hot glue gun to adhere the flowers and bow to the card.

I can't wait to see the possibilities that you will create making an sunflower card using the Heartfelt Creations Classic Sunflower paper, dies and stamp sets. I really encourage you to purchase the entire coordinating Heartfelt Classic Sunflower collections from The Rubber Buggy.

Enjoy and Happy Crafting!

Look at all of the beautiful cards and scrap book pages that are on this challenge to give you some ideas. You might be our next winner for a wonderful treat for $15.00 gift certificate to shop on-line at The Rubber Buggy.

Congratulations Baby Cards

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today working with a bunch of products from the Rubber Buggy Store.  Have you checked out the store lately?  It has so many wonderful new products.

I fell in love with this amazing Penny Black stamp - and knew it would be fun to create new baby cards.  I colored the images with Copic Markers in shades of pinks and blue.  The pattern paper is from Prima Marketing's Rossi Belle's 6x6 paper pad.  I love that I can use it for both feminine and masculine projects.

I used Spellbinders circle dies to die cut this girl and added a scalloped mat behind her.

I added a Spellbinders die cut circle behind the boy which I fussy cut this time.  A simple sentiment and you have 2 sweet cards ready to go once you know the baby has arrived.

Super fun card using lots of stamps and die cuts

hi... Bev here today....welcome to The Rubber Buggy. I am sharing a card made using both stamps and die cuts. It is a bright fun card created to put a smile on your face.

Supply List
The Rubber Buggy Products
Stamps:49 and Markets Gabi's Hibiscus and Gabi's Square Stitch
Markers: copics
Other Twine, brads, cardstock

Using the mini misti I stamped the main front images. I coloured it with copic markers in fun bright colours.

The main section was worked into layers.

I did a negative die cut corner and  I then added a verse and some added stamped images.

By adding the cardstock background it now pops through to the inside of the card.

I twine wrapped and tied a bow, die cut the "smile" sentiment and added some brads to the card front.

Here is a close up of the inside of the card for your viewing.

Thanks for joining me today... and hope to see you again soon.
